Fusion Seoul

I've been a fan of Korean food since I was a kid and I just love their Kimchi. I'll be featuring a Korean Restaurant of a good friend of my tita and I just can't stop going back there for their Korean cuisine.

Fusion Seoul is a Korean Restaurant who offers traditional way of cooking and preparing your food. You can also have a unique dining experience by ordering barbecue entrĂ©es.

Another great thing about Korean Restaurants is that they offer a lot of appetizers to accompany your meal. You will get 3-5 kinds of side dishes and all of it is for FREE! Here are some of the appetizers you can enjoy depending on availability.

Fusion Seoul offers different kinds of Korean food from appetizers, soups, stews, barbecues and authentic Korean dishes. Here are some of their soups and stews.

Gam Ja Tang is a spicy pork stew with pork ribs and potatoes
This is one of my favorite appetizers. It's like a pancake with different veggies in it. For vegetarians out there, Fusion Seoul will be great for you!

Here is a Korean dish that is really good and the serving is pretty big. If Filipinos have crispy pata and Chinese have Pata Tim, this is their Korean version.

For barbecue lovers, you will really enjoy eating at Fusion Seoul. You can grill your food in front of you or you can ask them to serve it already cooked. I suggest you cook it yourselves for added fun while you eat. These barbecue dishes also comes with leafy veggies. You put together the grilled cuts, side dishes and rice and wrap it in these greens.

this is how you eat it, Korean style!

You will really be satisfied by their servings. Just ask the staff if your orders are enough for your group. They have super friendly staff and will give recommendations that best suits your group.

Food prices range from P200-P500. For their premium and large dishes, it cost from P600 and above.
